Mini Pigs / Mini Sausage Rolls are one of my favourite snacks. It requires no skill to make them. You only need a few minutes and they taste great!
1 tin of hot dogs
1 pack of puff pastry
Method (very easy):
Preheat the oven, prepare pastry sheets, put a layer of the mustard on one side of pastry sheets followed by hot dogs. Wrap them up and put seeds on the top.
Bake until they are nicely golden.
You can cut them before or after baking.
And one more thing – yes, they will be gone quick (you can hide few just for yourself :D)
