First Headshots – Mariana

Mariana is my first headshot model. As we were a flat-mates it was easy to find the time for shooting. She is full of passion about theater, film and books. I have never seen anyone so easy to work with.

It’s hard to believe how hard it is to be an actor / actress these days. You don’t have an agent, you can’t get on the castings, you can just keep trying and hope for the best. I say we were learning from each other, which is pretty awesome.

We have to believe and fight for that we want to do. Never give up! Step by step we can reach things we wouldn’t even dream about. I am that kind of person who has rather everything ready and three times checked than jumping into something crazy without knowing how it can end.

Sometimes it’s totally worth it to take the shot and even when it looks crazy try to make the most of it!

Mariana Mourato is a professional actress working in Theatre ,TV and Film. Most recently her credits include: Bella block, The Hunchback and several productions with the Lisbon Players. Being fluent in four languages Mariana has showcased her ability to work in a variety of international projects.
